It was light, pleasant, delicious and had the better balance of cheese to cream cheese. In comparison to this fabulous oldie cake, the one they sell today is a good cake but it is heavy and taste like it's 90% CREAM CHEESE and loads of sugar. It's a shame that they cheapened their cakes and don't believe that anyone out there noticed the difference. Now I bought a whole cake the other day, but didn't eat the whole pie at once. Ate once a day only. Wow, I went and was let down. The cake was fresh but had not real taste. All fresh but not blending of flavor. Sorry, but I remember when Junior and others made the best cheese cake like the old Boggy movie looking for the best cheese cake in NYC. S&S is not great, hype is fair at best. S&S Cheese cake.
