8:30 pm:  The Fish Police and Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt! David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center on Broadway between 62nd and 63rd Streets.  The US debut of this London band mixing funk, punk, and hip-hop.  Joined by Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt who bring a unique dance party atmosphere to their performances.  Part of Target free Thursdays.  Free event.
