6. Dim Sum. Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese cuisine, a variety of appetizers to choose from. Buddha Bodai on 5 Mott Street or Chatham Square on 9 Chatham Square are just two of the many in Chinatown.

7. Tea.  We all know that the Chinese are known for their tea, whether it’s herbal or bubble tea.  Some places to try are Vivi Bubble Tea on 49 Bayard Street and Ya Ya Tea Garden on 163 Hester Street.
