“ NEW YORK CITY — New Yorkers struggling without power can get a hot meal Friday, courtesy of the city’s food trucks.
From noon to 4 p.m., a dozen food carts will be serving up eats and treats in the areas of the city that were hit hardest by Hurricane Sandy, including the Rockaways and lower Manhattan.
