4. Sequoia – Dance into 2010 on the Water. 89 Fulton St, Pier 17, South Street Seaport. Dance into the New Year with hip-hop, dance, rock, and 80s music at Sequoia.  Set at Pier 17, take a break from the party to overlook the water and fireworks show.

3. New Year’s Eve 2010 at the Hotel on Rivington. 107 Rivington Street between Ludlow and Essex Street in the heart of the LES. Hotel Rivington was named the “2008′s Best Hotel in New York City” by the London Times.  This will be one of the hottest New Year’s Eve parties in the NYC. 2. Tavern on the Green. W 67th St & Central Park West. The restaurant in Central Park called Tavern on the Green is closing its doors for good after this special New Year’s Eve event.  This party includes two rooms with DJs, a 5-hour open buffet, and a premium open bar.  Watch the midnight fireworks at Central Park with Tavern on the Green. 1. New Year’s Eve 2010 Espace at Times Square. 635 W 42nd St in the heart of Times Square. Open bar from 9pm to 3am, appetizers, and a champagne toast featuring DJ Price.  Tickets start at $100.
