WTF! How can this list not have people like Melle Mel & the Sugarhill gang just to name a few. Not only are these people far better than most listed here, they are some of the pioneers & greats of hip hop!

Hello

Visiting US in March. Staying in New York. Would love to have a ski. Am a good beginner, going on intermediate.

Looking for a good deal for three days and bus transport to resort from NY. Need accomodation, rental equipment and lessons.

Thinking that Hunter looks good, but would appreciate any recommendations or advise from 'those in the know'. Anyway, so looking forward to my first US visit.

Kind Regards
Janine

JUNIORS CHEESECAKE SHOULD BE RENAMED "JUNIORS CREAM CHEESE CAKE"
When I was a kid, I would walk to Juniors and buy and eat a whole cheesecake myself - that's how good it was. It was light, pleasant, delicious and had the better balance of cheese to cream cheese. In comparison to this fabulous oldie cake, the one they sell today is a good cake but it is heavy and taste like it's 90% CREAM CHEESE and loads of sugar. It's a shame that they cheapened their cakes and don't believe that anyone out there noticed the difference. Now I bought a whole cake the other day, but didn't eat the whole pie at once. Ate once a day only. And being that I no longer live so close to Juniors anymore, I absolutely feel no motivation to go trucking down there from the other side of town for this cake. thank youl

Tuxedo Ridge in Sterling Forest, NY is a great getaway less than 50 miles north of NYC. There's no lodging on site but in neighboring Greenwood Lake there are fantastic waterfront bed and breakfast hotels, including the Waterstone Inn, my favorite. They offer ski and stay packages too.

Good write-up but you may have forgotten about Jing Fong Restaurant! We're one of the biggest Dim Sum restaurants in Chinatown and you'll definitely be pleased with our Dim Sum variety. Come check us out if you haven't already for a knock-your-socks-off eating extravaganza!
